This is the best stay and experience we have ever had. After this we fear we will not be satisfied with any other property. There aren’t enough words to describe the feel. Beautiful property, perfect cottage, great breakfast, awesome staff, serene view and so on. From check in till checkout we felt we are in a different world itself.

I am so speechless & perplexed as to where to begin to record my experience of the Taj Holiday Village. I feel like I am still in a dream. Well , let me begin:- I must say that the team Taj is a great sport. It's a team with a bunch of happy, confident and enthusiastic ladies and gentlemen. Our trip to Goa was a worthwhile journey and our stay at the Taj Holiday Village, Goa was a trip to remember for the rest of our lives. Taj Holiday Village is a place where you can experience Goa with your loved ones. All I can say is that I stand by the experience and would like to thank all the team members. I would like to thank each and every one of you for making our stay at your resort so enjoyable. Thank you for the warm welcome. I must say that this experience was one of the best things that happened to us on our 8th anniversary, along with the surprises that came to us every day and on every occasion. We enjoyed every bit of our stay in a heritage property where luxury is effortlessly combined to create a quintessential home away from home. We spent 4 days where I and my family were treated with the utmost warmth. We were made to feel so important, with every need catered for with the utmost perfection. I would like to mention some of the staff who have been very generous and supportive throughout our stay. # Ms Shraddha Shukla is a gem of a person . Her guest relations skills were very impressive. She has an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. She is worthy of the compliment in every way. The way she looked after us, made us feel valued. I had been in contact with her since we decided on the Taj Holiday Village. Our stay was a pleasure due to her and her team warm hospitality. She never thought twice about providing us with everything we needed to make us feel at home. With her attitude, we felt we had chosen the right property for our daughter as she always made sure my daughter was happy. I must say that my daughter , my husband and I couldn't have asked for better hosts. Her warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality were evident throughout our visit. Her co-ordination of the amazing anniversary celebrations has been wonderful. We really appreciate her hard work and are delighted to have had the opportunity to meet such a generous host as Mrs Shraddha. # Mr Tousif , Mr Vijay & Mr Abhijit : Every time we wanted to organise our cosy den, the housekeeping team were very patient with our requests. I have to say that every time Mr Tousif met us, he didn't fail to ask if we would need the room set up or if we needed anything else that he could have helped us with. And we were impressed to see the prompt room service despite any hours round the clock. I have to say that Mr Tousif and the whole housekeeping team are a powerhouse. # Mr Yash : He had been very supportive, arranging a call with the in-house doctor and making sure the restaurants were kept informed of my condition. He is nice personality. # Chef Steve Raj : The chef went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and made sure I was served good, healthy food when I was a bit under the weather. He made sure that any order from our table to the live counters would adapt the meal to suit my state of health. He is someone who brings a lot of good experience to the table. One of the things I admire about him is his ability to take the time to come and see us personally every time we go to the restaurants. Also , One of his subordinates, Mr Nath (Nathen), had been very presentable while serving the food. #The Caravela Staffs : Mr Shubh Thakker, Ms Anita, Mr Awadh, Mr Roin, Mr Melvin and many other staff are very welcoming and prompt. Hats off to them for their courage in serving so many people during the meal. With this I put my pen down and express my gratitude once again to each one of you for having us with you and attending us with so much care. Beautiful property on the candolim beach. As always superb hospitality by Taj and well ventilated rooms. Cottage rooms come with outdoor lawn and seating areas with sea view. Food was excellent at Caravela restaurant and loved the beers at seven rivers brew. Best part is guests have access to Taj Aguda as well while staying in Holiday village. Overall very memorable experience.
